- Webcam Review: I'm going to fudge today with my webcam review. Here goes. The animation was created from a series of photos taken just west of Arlington, Oregon on I84 right next to the Columbia River. The clouds are dynamically created from the air interacting with the windmill blades. Linus Pauling was born in Condon, OR. Just north of Arlington by a few miles. He was a Nobel Prize winner in Physics, Chemistry and Peace. He nearly discovered DNA before Watson and Crick. :-)
